I finally have an LG blu-ray to go with my LG TV and I enjoy the novel experience of a single power button working for both. The player is also fairly fast to boot up. I haven't tried to use the wi-fi features yet but, since I don't subscribe to any program providers, that may not happen for a while. I don't give the LG player a 5-star rating because of the lack of a dedicated Subtitle button. It took me a few days of experimentation before I figured out how to turn subtitles on without having to restart the movie. Now that I've figured out how, it still takes 2 or 3 times as many button clicks as my old machine's remote.

This is a pretty simple unit. You can practically just plug it in and go, however; what I loved about it is what now I wish would have been optional. Wifi streaming is awesome, but I wish it had an Ethernet jack in it just to boost the flow of information and make it even better for streaming material. I would have liked some audio options as well, like outputs, light pipe, or anything really. So, in closing, I would recommend this unit to the person that really just wants simple features and not much more.

Got it when it was on sale. Good for the sale price. Only bad thing is that we were unable to add any additional applications except for the preloaded ones (Netflix, etc).

I bought this product for my office as a needed productivity tool. The product is compact and works great. The product is an excellent value for the money. If you are looking for a compact and functional blu ray player at a great price, then this product is definitely for you.

Needed to replace our old DVD player. the salesperson recommended this unit based on the TV we currently have. It was an easy setup and workes as expected.

Compact, quiet, easy set up and ease of operation.

While this blu ray player had the potential to be a great, affordable product, it failed in a couple noteable areas. The DVD playing was fine. Worked well, easy to operate and figure out controls. It is weird to power off. Also, the NetFlix app didn't work properly. I'm glad I didn't get rid of my Apple TV and replace it with this. I returned this product after I decided it was more aggravating to use than not.

When we upgraded to a new 75" TV the old Blu-ray was not compatible. This seems like a good middle of the road value for what we expected.

Love it. I have had problems in the pass with DVD's and this seems marvelous. My son was with me to speak with the salesman but he understood about senior citizens not understanding electronic purchases. I did not grow up with computers or buttons.

This is a great player. It has access to multiple streaming services such as Netflix and Amazon. He only reason I did not give it 5 stars is that it freezes up sometimes.

Easy to use and set up. Colors are clear and picture is sharp

The unit was easy to connect to a Samsung UN32EH4000FXZA TV. The LG does not include HDMI cable so you have to supply your own. The unit is installed in my Grandmothers home and she does not have Internet and therefor no WiFi to connect to. My only downgrade on the LG's rating is for playing audio CD's. There is no option to blank the screen or turn on "visualizations" to prevent image burn in on the LCD TV screen. Checking the LG web site there is no downloadable PDF manual for the BP350 (I could not find it).

my new phone is easy to us. the price of the phone cant be beat thephone does just about everything a more.expensive phone does also thr charge last a lot longer then my old phone

This model and manufacturer were highly recommended by the consumer magazine whose name can't be used in product reviews. Besides the sale price discount, mine was an open box with no paperwork giving me an additional discounted price Even without written instructions, this player was easy to install, configure, and use.

It does what it should do. Basic and easy to use. Good value.

Great that it has smart features. However, it frequently freezes and the only way to resolve the issue is to unplug and plug back in to restart.

A good Blu-ray player at a good price. Like the built-in wi-fi.
