streaming connection and usability sucks

Streaming prime not possible, plays for a minute then knocks out back to home screen. utube plays better, but stutters and stops constantly. my older sony did not do this with same wifi router. remote not user friendly, buttons tiny and main ones teeny. back function pops you all the way back to home screen instead of back one screen! Why???? Who designed this? Fire them

I tried waiting it out; however, after 15 minutes I did have to pull the plug out of the outlet to end the power which forces the unit to reset several times. I expected more out of a LG product so I am a little disappointed in this product. Maybe it will grow on me with time.

The ability to play DVD's and CD's at an extremely low cost. There are qualities that are amazing for this, that I had not expected. To automatically find where you left off previously and not hassle with buttons etc is gold!
