other than not being able to download apps or services to it that it doesn't come with, its a great blu ray player and very easy to use

Once the disc is playing, this DVD player is a breeze. But I am unhappy with two characteristics: First, there's no display on the box itself, so it's impossible to sneak a peek at how far into the movie I've gone without putting it up on the screen; second, there's no direct controls on the box itself, which makes it utterly useless if you can't find the remote - and it's a tiny remote. Both of these are annoyances that may not bother other customers, but they do bug me.

Still can't believe how small and inexpensive these machines have become. This blu-ray player does as advertised. No big bells and whistles, but a clear picture to go with our new LG 4K TV. The remote control is very small and the tiny buttons are better for small hands.

Have purchased these units for use in five locations with multiple users, makes instructing users easier with simplified directions for playing DVD's or flash drives.

Great product and easy to use............great pictures

I’m old school and want to see my events on dvd instead of depending on the cloud. I know it might be strange, but I’m the dude who still wants a paper ticket for a rock and roll show instead of the digital format on my phone.

Was easy to install, set up, and use. Great Picture Quality.

This Blue-ray made my tv smart. The built in wifi is great, no extra cords needed. I could also use the remote for my LG tv.

It's hard to buy a stripped-down Bluray player nowadays. Even so, this one is about as featureless - and it still has a TON of features - as you can get for a ridiculously-low price. LG makes great stuff and continues to with this. Compact, quiet, full of features, and low-priced. Get it.

Bought this for my 8yr old grandson ... he loves it ,.. which means I love it ... I won’t know what this will look like in 6 months but in the throw away society we live in today who cares ... price point was right for its intended target

I needed an upgrade badly so when I was doing my research, I found this on the website and boy am I glad I did! Now I can watch ALL of my movies on one player. :-)

This blue ray player is great quality for it's price point. I've had no issues and it is user friendly. Plug it in and follow the promps to set it up.

The BR portion is great. Quick playback, great quality. Streaming options are limited and very slow.

This player is fine. It plays the discs like I want it to but it’s really noisy. Don’t expect a lot of frills.

Overall this blu ray player works just fine. Was disappointed to see that Hulu is not available on this model though.

Like the wireless feature so it can be used with any TV in the house. Set up was not difficult.

Solid unit - price right ...in general the players are lacking across the board..This is as good as any

I purchased this bluray player mainly to stream netflix, hulu and amazon. Works like a charm. Was not disappointed with ease of use especially with my LG TV.
