It connected to my WiFi easily and I haven’t really had any issues steaming movies or tv shows. Only thing I wish was a little better is the remote. It only takes 1 AAA battery so it doesn’t respond great at all times.

Unlike the other two players (from different companies) that I returned to Best Buy, the LG player had clear instructions, easy set-up, and worked worked immediately.

Then I had to self-quarantine away from my family while I waited for a COVID test result. The streaming for this player isn't as versatile as some others- only a few services built in. But it gets Amazon Prime, which saved me. And the kids dropped Blue Rays into my basket each day with my lunch, so I survived just fine.

Loading/restart times are fast. We have it hard wired for audio, but it’s nice to know we don’t have to. The Mrs. likes that it’s half the size of its predecessor.
