I wanted something that could show Amazon Prime and Netflix as well as Blu-Ray discs, and this one fit the bill. My only frustration has been that it occasionally "buffers" for several seconds while watching online programming -- this may be our network, and it doesn't happen all the time. But the player is very easy to set up and use.

Have had to trade it in with my 2 year warranty. It would often freeze so i would have to unplug it/ hard reset for it to work. Hopefully this trade works better than the original.

Wifi on the Blu-ray is not dependable

The Wifi is terrible. Not a big deal... you would think, if you're not streamming... however, the problem you'll encounter as you watch your blu-ray movie or anything else, is that when the Wifi connection drops, you get a pop up directing you to fix it at the settings. So this will happen, as you watch your favorite movie on blu-ray (not even streaming) and five to eight times during your movie, you will be interrupted with the pop up. If you are streamming, your stream freezes, and you'll need to reenter your network information all over again. A big mistake. I wish I spent 10 more dollars to get the hard wired version instead of the wireless version.
