Freezes up frequently, howerver it is very user friendly

Upgraded my dvd player and this one rocks. Great price point, works wonderfully. May buy a second one for the vacation home.

Bought this for our beach house, easy fast set up and works well

Bought one a little less in price didn't purchase insurance went out in less than a year. This one was a bit more expensive, but was worth it also bought insurance.

This is a pretty bare-bones unit but so far so good and we like it

For the price, this is a great unit. It functions very well, but it seems that the remote is not as responsive as it should be. The remote needs to be pointed directly at the unit before it will work. Most of my other equipment requires that the remote only needs to be pointed in the general direction and it reacts. Not so much on this one.

My first Blu-ray player. So far so good, I have no issue.

I bought this to play mp4s on a external portable hard drive. It random sorts what is on the hard drive instead of alphabetically. It random decides NOT to respond to remote or manual touch and has to be unplugged and reset. Very annoying . Also gives error saying ERROR: Might not be able to play video correctly? When hard drive is plugged into TV, or other blu ray players i do NOT get this error. It will play the movie just fine after error goes away. Sony is worse, its usb port will only show pictures and no videos.

It’s very easy to use, and I can move it to any room easily.

I buy DVD and Blu-ray combo packs when I buy movies. So I figured it was time to get a Blu-ray player. It does everything its supposed to do. The only problem I have is the controls on the player itself. I have to use the remote to do everything because the buttons on the player are hard to see. I haven't used the streaming features because the tv already has it built in.

Bought this to watch the Harry Potter Blue-Ray movie package. Easy to use and program. Video image is fantastic on Blue-Ray. Recommend this product.

Good quality DVD player. Best Buy has the best prices on this type of equipment. It placed movies as good as a movie theater. Remember to buy HDMI cable it does not come with it.

This DVD player is versatile because it is so lightweight! I can move it around my home easily. Wireless, compact, easy to use. I haven't tried a blue ray disc yet but it supposedly plays both disc types.

i wanted to pair an LG unit with my LG OLED 4K/uhd TV but thery did not have anything that could come close to this unit. We have watched 4K movies and they pop. A little pricey but worth it.
