I didn't have any issues setting it up. I liked that it has built-in streaming service options. It has Amazon Prime as well as a few others. You do have to follow the prompts to connect them but overall it's working great. I found that streaming hasn't been an issue at all. Even though it is stowed in a cabinet under the TV it hasn't lost a streaming signal at all. I haven't had much issue with buffering or freezing of the streaming programs. The remote is easy to use.. and read.
