The television in one room worked great so we weren't ready to upgrade to a smart TV. This blue ray gives us the functions we need. It is easy to set up and to operate.

I have long been pleased with the performance of this product, and all my LG products. It is easy to use, and install.

The installation and pairing with existing LG entertainment devices was seamless and picture quality is excellent. Price was comparable to other manufactures.

I wanted a player that would be easy to use and versatile enough to play beds as well as to access internet sites. This is easy enough for a senior citizen (like me) to use.

Easiest set up and go system that I've ever had. We surely do love the way it looks and fits right into our existing components.

I really like this DVD/Blu Ray player, I have not accessed the internet yet on it but the quality of the product so far is outstanding!!

I don't play Blu-Rays but I have a lot of DVDs. Dvd's get upscaled and look great. Also I use the USB port for movies I have on thumb drives which work equally well. The only negative thing I can say about it is the lack on a digital clock display.

Great little DVD player. Love that it is wi-fi and no wires all over the place. Great working little player.

This was a replacement player for a Vizio player that had stopped working. It has worked with no issues.

Simple and easy for my mother to setup and use. I bought her two, one for the living room and one for the bedroom.

We enjoy our blue ray player! It was easy to connect and we watched the new Wonder Woman 1984 movie.

Works well. Picked up on Black Friday. Picked up a couple of other years the Sony Blu Ray wifi player. Sony has a better interface and the LG one is a bit clunky and not user friendly. Also, doesn't play same file formats as Sony hence the non perfect rating.

The blue ray player seems to work well in the short time I have had it. Connection to my TV was simple. However, I have not been able to get it to link to my wireless network. This is not an issue for me because my TV is a Smart TV.

I bought two of these DVD players at different times and different locations and both had the same issue. Right out of the box Netflix would freeze up and I actually had to unplug the whole DVD player to unfreeze it. I called LG customer support and they had me do a hard reset and a couple other things, none of which worked. They ended up giving me a refund for both of them. I was really hoping that this player would work as it has a very small footprint and it's got the streaming services that I use on a regular basis (Amazon, Netflix, Vudu), but it was an epic fail. I do however have to give kudos to LG customer service. They were very helpful, professional, and provided feedback all the way through the process. In this regard I give them 5 stars. I only wish their player had worked nearly as well.

Our DVD player in our Rv broke so this is the replacement we chose. It’s a great little blu-Ray play especially for the price.

Easy to use. Small footprint doesn't take up a lot of room. Great picture quality and sound transmission.

This item works like it should. It is easy to hook up with the HDMI cable (not included).
