Horrible Blu-Ray player

Netflix constantly buffers and the picture quality is horrible. The player even freezes up & I have to unplug in order for it to work again. When it freezes up the remote won't work & you can't manually turn it off... Nothing! We own several LG products & don't have any trouble with the rest of them. We regret this purchase.... Read the reviews on Best Buy & they seemed good. Unfortunately, didn't read the reviews on LG until after the purchase & seems several others have the same problems with this product.

LG blue ray player

When powered up sometimes it displayed a blank white screen. 3. Delayed response to remote control or does not respond at all not even the power on and off button works had to unplug and replug power cord to get it up and running again. I'll be returning it as soon as I have the time.
