This is very easy to set-up, however, I did have some trouble with it keeping an internet connection. I was using a wireless connection, and wasn't saving the password. It seems to have fixed itself though, and I have no other complaints.

Great price good quality mi kid loves, I'll be getting another one for my room living room and guest rooms.

When we first hooked it up it wouldn't even connect to Netflix or YouTube. When it trys to hook to Netflix it ends up freezing and then we have to unplug it to unfreeze it. It would play Hulu for a bit then freeze so again we had to unplug it to unfreeze ir. So my wife did the upgrades it needed. It will hook up to YouTube long enough to sign in then boots you right back to home screen. It will hook to Netflix but buffers most of the time or freezes. It hooks to Hulu for awhile then freezes. My wife is a huge faithful LG customer and she's blown away. Hopefully we will figure it out soon.

I understand this is a cheaper player compared to others that Best Buy sells, but it really feels cheap, very lightweight and does not sound (when opening and closing) or look like it should based on how much I paid for it. I used to have a regular DVD player from target that operated the same and seemed cheap for $20 (wasn't Blue Ray though). Overall I would give it a 3 because it does the job and is not as expensive as the other players out there, but is expensive for the actual quality of the device itself. It has gotten stuck once where I had to unplug and plug it back in and it went back to working fine. I would recommend it though, as it works well and I would not want to pay more for a DVD player either, as I am sure they all have the same quality. It is nice it has the built in WiFi for updating with my TV too.

This player was bought for my husband to use. It was easy and quick set up . With built in apps for quick get around.

This is a great blue ray player for the price and it also allows access to a variety of apps to make tv like a smart tv.

Very good player. This player is very easy to use and looks good with the rest of my theater system.

Great blu-ray player with wifi. Unless you need a 4k player then the LG blu-ray player is the one to get.

Used for a few weeks bought. Good quality. Does the job. Then I just steamed and stopped using.

I really like this product. I was looking for a small DVD player for a bedroom this one fit perfectly. I also like the fact you get Netflix and you tube streaming.

The remote only works when held approximately 15-25 degrees above the receiver, and only from the left or right. It never works dead-on. The software sometimes locks up when loading Netflix. The navigation is clunky and overly bright.

Been buying this blu ray and dvd player on and off for three years. It plays real good. No problems with it.

I would highly recommend this player to anyone that uses WiFi and streaming services. It connect easily and does not have buffering issues.

Works well, easy to set up. I use the apps on this instead of on the television.

This was exactly what we needed to play videos for our angel. Don't need high end product, but something good and reliable. Excellent price point.

Excelent product, and very usefull at home, very happy with my purchase of this LG blu ray player.

I recently purchased this Samsung BD player to replace an older version that had worn out. So far the new player has proven to be an excellent product. On the downside, this Samsung BD player does not have an on/off indicator light - but this has not been a serious problem.

This blu ray ray is excellent. For a person that is on a budget it's great. I will recommend this to a friend.

A great economic player with the best bells and whistles for the money. We are considering buying them for all the TVs in all the houses.
