Although a little critical and inherent with buying the least expensive Blu-ray player, the remote and menu leave much to be desired.

Netflix and Wifi connection buggy

Mid-program the unit would start buffering the program and never come back to play. That unit was returned to the store. A week later we bought another uit from the store. It was in slightly different packaging and appeared to be a newer unit. It was also buggy with Wifi, Netflix, and Prime (buffering and slow). we tried it on a different TV and had the same problem. The second unit was returned to the store.
