The sales associate showed me this one because it was the same brand as our TV and he said it was on sale. It was easy to set up and works great.

couldn't keep connected to wifi

Was able to log in and start streaming and it froze almost immediately. I couldn't even power it off. I unplugged and tried again. Had to set up the wifi again. Logged into netflix and had same issue. Returned it and am awaiting a Sony.

I called customer service because the wifi card was DOA. I couldn't get them to do anything so I called Best Buy. They took care of me pronto. The new unit works great and I love Best Buy customer service.
