couldn't keep connected to wifi

Was able to log in and start streaming and it froze almost immediately. I couldn't even power it off. I unplugged and tried again. Had to set up the wifi again. Logged into netflix and had same issue. Returned it and am awaiting a Sony.

Note I am not interested in a gift card.

I called customer service because the wifi card was DOA. I couldn't get them to do anything so I called Best Buy. They took care of me pronto. The new unit works great and I love Best Buy customer service.
