Never worked for us

Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.We were hopeful this would be a decent blu ray player, but after it glitched and froze up on us every time we tried to watch Netflix, we went online and read what other reviewers had to say. Evidently this was a common problem. We returned the player right away. My parents bought the same blu ray player and had the same problem. However, they hooked it up with a newer HDMI cable and it worked fine. For us, it did not work out. Maybe it will work for others.
