It’s prepaid

Bought this for my Dad because he didn’t want a “fancy” phone. Virgin is what it is. Theses phones are locked down. It works for my dad but wouldn’t work for me. To be expected.

It shuts down my calls, people say the sounds fades. Also someone called and said I called her, but I did not make that call. Not satisfied with this phone.
