It's the best phone I've ever owned, and a great replacement for my Samsung Galaxy S3, which was getting older and slower and whose charging port got burned. It's fast, has a good camera, has good storage space, and I really like the fingerprint unlock. The screen size is also really nice. The stylus pen is a nice touch, though I don't use it much. We even bought one for my mom!

The phone comes with a lot of pre packaged programs that you have a hard time uninstalling. I got a micro SD card to up my storage but you can't move programs on there. I downloaded one game under 1 GB, and the storage space became full and it lagged. I currently have over 16 GB on my SD card but can't do anything about it.

The camera quality is not great, nor is the speaker. The biggest problem is that its unreliability for messaging. Sometimes it'll send messages. Sometimes it won't. Sometimes it sends them five times in a row, sometimes it sends most of them but not one part. Sometimes you just don't receive messages. I tried changing over to another messaging app from the default to see if that would help; it did not. There's also a lot of lag (other people running on the same network in the same area are not having these problems) and the touchscreen does not respond well. Some of these have only been problems for the past few months, but others started happening as shortly as 3 months after I got the phone.

Returned it for another, and the same thing. No stylus. You've got to be kidding. I won't be buying Virgin prepaid again, or perhaps it was just this store.
