The Best Buy salesperson told me that's the way the phone is made. The Memo pad doesn't have a quick clear the screen at all.

Her last phone was from 10 years ago a small samsung. I hope she doesn't lose the sylus pen we almost lost it 2 hours into setting it all up with apps and contacts etc.

Paid cash and since then I've experienced all kinds of technical problems. Went out of town and went into Best Buy, they tried to fix the problem but it's still working horribly. And now I'm outside the 14day mark so Best Buy isn't willing to do anything. I'm at a loss, I've been a long time customer of Best Buy but this has me feeling some kind of way(Stressed). I need my Phone! And need it to work properly.

I also love that while watching a movie on netflix i can still move into other apps and it continues to olay on a smaller screen

Its fast for what it is and isnt a bad deal for 200 dollars.

AFTER INSTALLED EXTRA MEMORY CARD WILL BE A CELL FOR BE USE FOR LONG TIME.
