I have had several cell phones over the last 20 years but this is by far the worst! The only reason I did not return it is that didn't want to have increased exposure during the pandemic and didn't want to lose the $45 restocking fee. The only cell phone I've ever purchased that I strongly considered returning. It is cheaper than the other cell phones because it is cheaply made.

However I only get two or three bars of service which results in missed calls that i never knew i had coming in. My texts are delayed going out and it blinks in and out or turns itself on and off. Also the touch screen is delayed. The audio isn't very loud when hooked up to the car auxiliary cord in the car either.
