    Don't have option to move apps like fb, Instagram, games, and other apps that usually can be moved in other divece . so for what to you have. Up to 1 Tb expandable memory.

    For the pricepoint, this is an excellent phone and is a great cheap alternative to the Samsung Note 10. Or dies have a cheap feel, plastic back, thicker... But with a case none of this is noticeable. That being said, I've received a few compliments on my new phone. The phone itself provides a responsive, smooth experience (besides the way LG programmed it to manages apps, which sucks). I am able to play some graphically-intense games such as PubG and Walking Dead, albeit with the graphics quality set to low. The stylus is a nice touch and the camera takes decent pictures. Fingerprint scanner is very accurate and responsive. PROS: -EXCELLENT battery life (2 days regular, 5 DAYS on. max battery saver) -Powerful for the price -Decent user experience -Good front & rear cameras for the price -Great looking phone once it's in a case -Fast charging -Unlock w/ face, fingerprint, or code CONS: -LG software is completely unintuitive -Cheap feel -Sometimes lags/freezes for a moment if too many apps are open -Horrible speaker for music

    Phone even in a brand new state fully up to date lags worse than most other Android devices. Nearly unusable with anything but the most basic of features.

    Showed up with a lil chip on screen

    Got fairly fast couldn’t get it to work for the 50 bucks off so just got frustrated and paid the full price then arrives with a small chip on the screen not to bad but didn’t expect with buying new. With all the covid 19 going on didn’t want to mess with getting another one but still very disappointed about the chip.

    this phone is hard to use. it jumps to other pages when i am reading a different page. about a third of the time it doesn't let me answer an incoming call at all. too many things on here it has issues with. i was going to take it back but the time period of 14 days had expired for a return. i guess i'm stuck with this phone that doesn't work as well as the phone i was trying to replace.

    I have purchased LG phones for years because they let you set individual ringtones and text tones so a person can know who is calling or texting them without having to look. Well this Stylo 5 doesn't allow you to do either. I can't believe LG has let me down like this.

    The sound quailty is something you would expect from an old not taken care of phone.to hear a call you need to turn it up all the way picture quaility remains me of a plasma tv on its last rite. The phone doesnt run anymore faster than an old lg smartphone

    I haven't been able to make it over to Best Buy.. hopefully by end of week.. but it is missing the pen! Otherwise i like the stylo 5 as long as you guys give me one.. which no doubt you will... Then it will be a 5 star rating..!

    Fair is being nice. Junk. Audio is poor. Reception is never. Can't understand 90% of callers. Nor can they hear me well. Time to get this piece back to the store. Not real happy dealing thru CoVID w it.

    Purchased this phone on 12/28/2019. 2 weeks later it wouldn't turn on. Went to online there and they stated the flaw. Flaw was that using non-original charger. Non-Open box unsure why I had a problem.

    I paid for the open box in excellent condition and received the fair condition it was just the phone and it was you could tell used . I was so disappointed with bestbuy!

    Held up to major snow storms

    I have nothing but praise for this phone. I sadly lost my LG Stylo 5 at Church on Ash Wednesday, 2021, which also was the first snow of approx. 9 inches. (the following week another storm hit with another 6-8 inches before the phone was found) I called the Church and once enough snow melted the phone was found and OMG it still powers up. Now that to me is amazing. I did upgrade to a 6 in that time, but I know that I have a great back up.

    I purchased this phone in the beginning of December because it was on sale at BestBuy and I was looking to replace my old phone. The battery works great and it handles pretty well. TWO MAJOR PROBLEMS - First, it is sold, (as listed above), as offering up to 1T of storage, however, there is currently no available option to TRANSFER photos or any downloaded app storage (ex: Pokemon Go), to the expandable MicroSD card. I have read many reviews on other websites of others having this issue as well. This needs to be resolved in the next update. - Second, the speaker setting on the phone does NOT WORK WELL AT ALL. I thought maybe I got a lemon, and exchanged my new (at purchase), still-sealed in box (at purchase) LG Stylo 5, for another new, still-sealed in box LG Stylo 5. This phone had the same issues and it doesn't get any better through any methods the LG support team or Geeksquad can figure out. ONE MINOR PROBLEM - When using the finger-scanner to open the phone, about half the time it takes a second or two to even open the option to scan the finger and access the phone. In comparison to my previous phones, this is a much slower screen-access time.
