Lightweight, durable, and great sound. Battery lasts my whole shift (10) hours at my job before I need to charge it up.

Very solid and happy with my purchase. Excellent battery life and better is the charge time is very quick. So 12 hours of talk time and 30min maybe a bit more for charge. And bluetooth range has good range.

This Bluetooth has been been great after the firmware update to 5.0.0. It started off with people saying they couldn't hear me or I sounded muffled, but then I received a firmware update for the device and ever since then I do not get those statements. The speakers in the earbuds are great with crisp, clean sounds with ample bass. Using the LG Tone and Talk app you can adjust the equalizer and other settings like notifications and messages. Overall it has been a great device.

This unit has very good sound quality for both music and calls. The earbuds retract while you hold them. Also, Google App is not required to use voice dialing.

Sound not as bright / loud as previous LG versions. No complaints from call recipients about call quality. Been using for about a month with no issues. Good battery life. Good connectivity range.

finally a new LG headset its extremely comfortable does not scratch your neck up like the 820 ,sound is really good so far ,ive yet to try it on my ps4

Perfect for a daily base use no need to recharge And usually is on for 8 hours listen music, answering phone calls etc very comfortable

This is my 4th LG Tone Platinum HB1100 +series. I love it will read my text messages aloud (that feature can be turned off) I also really like the retractable earbud. I wear these every single day for 10-18 hours. They could be a bit more durable. But this is great for listening to Audiobooks and talking on the phone. On a full-charge, I get about 12-14 hours of continuous use. This headset uses a USB charger (hoping there will be a new model with USB-C type charging

Great sound and very comfortable I wear them around 4 to 5 hrs a day and they do not bother me at all.

I've had every LG headset going back to the Tones. The last two iterations, paired with Harman/Kardon, deliver incredible sound clarity. Brace yourself for suddenly hearing the intake of breath before vocals, chatting between band members in the middle of songs you never heard before, or fingers flubbing frets during guitar riffs. The only complaint I have may not even be the headset's fault, as I often want to listen louder than what's available. May be my phone there. One difference between these and last year's model, besides the button-less retract feature, is a slightly shorter Bluetooth range before getting yelled at about losing signal. All in all, if you like to really hear vocals and accompaniment, these are just going to be really hard to beat.

This is my second LG headset. My first set was an earlier model that had magnetic earbuds (not retractable). The first set around-the-neck housing was prone to break due to its design as there was a weak point at each joint left and right. As a result, the wiring broke and therefore was not usable. Not impressive for paying over $120. I received a discount for the upgraded HSB-1125 since the original was no longer available and my warranty passed by just over a year of use. After paying more than $150 for this current headset and less than 1 year of use I am reluctant to purchase an LG product again. The left retractor has failed and the left speaker no longer works. In addition, the connecting points around the neck are failing from putting on and taking off from around the neck as they open up. I'd like to feel comfortable knowing this product will last longer than a year considering the price, my trade (construction) and the constant use. I love the functionality and ergonomics, but disappointed in the durability!
