Seem better than previous versions

They do a lot of things quite well and these are definitely improved over previous versions of the platinums. People hear me better. I don't have to hold my head at a certain angle. The connection doesn't drop out when I tilt my head to the left like the previous models. The only question is durability and you can't get a geek squad warranty for these any longer, it's more important they last now. I have bought them and a geek squad warranty since I knew they wouldn't last a full 12 months. (I do use them everyday)

Wouldn't have spent so much money on a headset had I known it wasn't super reliable.

Although the part that goes around your neck came apart after 3 months i could hear and my caller could hear me clearly?

Fantastic sound, super easy to use, but they are only good for about 2 years. He loves that they vibrate when they have an incoming call. I wish geek squad would cover them but they don’t.
