This is the third or fourth pair of these and he loves them as much today as he did on day one. Fantastic sound, super easy to use, but they are only good for about 2 years. He loves that they vibrate when they have an incoming call. I wish geek squad would cover them but they don’t.

Nice Bluetooth headset. Could be better if it was noise canceling. Lasts a long time on a charge.

Bought LG cheaper pair with just as good qualiry. These don't have gsp. Disappointed in that respect. Too much money for these.

I've been looking for a set that had buds you could 'park' - not just sit in your ear or dangle around your neck. I had great luck with prior versions - and the retractable buds sounded like a great idea. Guess again. The wires are very flimsy. And while the buds do retract, the never quite sit in their 'home' position. Still, call quality is excellent. But for the money, I'd look elsewhere.

I've had several LG headsets over the years and they have all served me well, this one is always disconnecting itself.

Had an earlier version of this headset and it worked pretty good for several years. It started losing BT so I suspected it was just wearing out. Bought this newer version and so far it works vwry well. The fast charge is a huge plus.

I love my new LG bluetooth headphones. I really like them when I am driving, I only have to have one side in and still have good sound Quality. I would highly recommend them to everyone. This is bot my first set, only got a New pair because I wore the other pair out.

Could be a little shorter and a little louder otherwise a great pair of headphones

Good quality and all around a pretty good product.

I love using headsets, purchased this one because my last LG headset (which was 5 years old and may or may not have done water aerobics) was going in and out and also on occasion I would get a gargle sound from the people that I was talking with. After about two months I have noticed on rare occasions that the new LG headset has a gargle sound. I still think that it is the safest way to talk on the phone while driving if you don't have a vehicle with blue tooth.

Awesome headphones not too loud but works great good sound. Very convenient easy to use .

This is my 3rd or 4th pair of these headphones in the last few years. I upgrade every time a new pair comes out. I love them! the pair easily with mulitiple devices, they sound great for audio and phone calls. Probably the best in its class and for the price.

This is my second pair of LG bluetooth head phones. It has great features with the google assistant.

love the sound from harman kardon speakers. neckband not as stout as my regular lg tone. overall very nice

This is my second LG Tones an I’m very satisfied with them. My first ones lasted a couple years until I wore out the neck piece . I had purchased apple air pods pro an they were to big for my ears . So I purchased the LG Tone Platinum. They work great an would purchase again.

I like them and the quality but prefere the one u just push a button to retract.
