The sound is good but for whatever reason the Google assistant does not stay connected.

This product is definitely one of my favorites. Top marks for ease of use while enjoying the many functions. Lastly the quality of the sound is premium. This is my third purchase as I had to share with my family.

This is my 2nd time buying this exact style. The last one I had, I pulled out the ear bud and it would not go back in. This time I am extremely careful when I pull it out. I didn't think I pulled it too hard the last time. As far performance goes, it's great. If I have that same problem as before, I won't buy LG again.

No issues. Quality seems good. Used them for jogs and they held up fine.

Bought for my Lady tvat was using a $35.00 Bluetooth ear piece with out any noice cancellation snd i got to say, big difference to be able to hear her clearly.

Good quality, gets the job done. Bestbuy doesn't give extended warranty not good.

Great for hands free everything! Very durable and easy to use. The Google assistant feature is great as well. Love the retractable headphones but do wish they had the button to retract them, a little scared I may pull too hard and rip out the headphone. Other than that great product

Lg headphones are decent headphone, Ive had 3 pairs- good sound quality, however the band that goes around the neck has always broken on me after 5-6 months.

I bought these for my husband. The sound is great but doesn't last long.

I would love to give this the highest rating possible. I have had At least 5 different brands. I love the LG for the rap and then also mainly because I could hit the button and get the time from it. The other 3 did not have that feature. My problem is that I have never had an ear rake until now.. I am going on the 2nd day without wearing them and my ear is getting better. I only wore it in my left ear when I wasn't using it just to hear calls and notices because I normally do not hear it when it's on my side . So now that I don't use them also because the audio level has low base.. Maybe I could sell them to somebody or give them away. They cost me $200 ouch sorry don't think I could go back to LG after this period the after this period I'm scared with my ear ache and now I have to go to the doctor if it doesn't clear up. I only bought them less than a of month ago.

I've bought these a couple of times and I don't know why I keep doing it. I can't connect it to my Google account and the I always have people complain they can't hear me well. My cheapo airbus work 100 times better. Gave three stars because they aren't the worst but they also cost $200.

nice , and easy for me and comfortable , the music side is a plus
