Use these daily, this is my 2nd set, my first set was ran over by a tractor trailer. Impressive how well they held together though! I'm a heavy wrecker operator, in & out of truck, under trucks on the ground, climbing trailers during recoveries, they stay put.

I love the quality of the product and the sound is so clear, that you can hear every beat and sound. It take you to a better place.

I bought these as a gift for my son. He loves the fact that they are on a wire so he doesn’t lose them when he’s working. He also loves the long battery life. So many other brands had such a short run time that these truly were the only option.

I love this behind the neck headset, it's very comfortable and I almost never notice that I'm actually wearing it. The retractable earpiece is also a very nice added bonus. I prefer this option rather than the ones that go directly in your ear.

don't think its worth the money spent. i have problems retracting the ear pieces.

Absolutely amazing headset. I live how they just hang around your neck and dont have to worry about losing them. The sound quality is excellent and the app is very easy to use. I highly recommend them.

This was a replacement for an LG headset I had bought many years ago. The older unit was an auto retract (pushed a button) to get the earpieces back in place. Didn't realize this one was not the same, it retracts by pulling on the wires. This is why i gave it a 4 and not a 5.

Sounds good. People on other end can hear. Sometimes google assistant doesn’t work

This is the best Bluetooth I’ve had so far. I use it constantly for work and it has not let me down. I hope to have it for a long time because I’ve come to relay on it in a daily basis. High quality product!

It's a pretty good Bluetooth, nothing like the original versions though.

This is 1 of the best purchases I’ve ever made. The sound quality is like no other out there. With a touch of a button you can place a call , listen to music or send a txt without having to take your eyes off the road. Being a professional driver that is of UTMOST importance.

I had 3 generations of the lg tone. I used this primarily for phone calls. These last ones lasted the least;10 months and one side stopped working. This specific model I never had issues with connecting. Quality of the sound and mic I was fine with. It’s the durability of the product that was trash. Unfortunately LG was the only company that made something like this, and now even they discontinued.

I have always trusted LG bluetooth products, but this is the worst one I have ever used. This headset will not keep a constant connection to any devices.

Overall good quality and sound. One negative is the devices lack of flexibility

The sound quality is good but the retraction mechanism for the earbuds is only ok

The it charge fast, the only thing is that the string for the ear are really tin.
