I'm not sure if my expectations were too high but I was disappointed in quite a bit. The Google assistant feature was nice and convenient but the sound quality and the microphone both left something to be desired as did the retractable ear piece. I'm returning them.

I have always trusted LG bluetooth products, but this is the worst one I have ever used. This headset will not keep a constant connection to any devices.

It is very smart. Only problem I have it doesn't get loud enough.

I have had numerous headsets the past few years and this LG Tone is by far the best ever. The sound quality is excellent and switching between calls and music is seamless. Calls never drop and I have not heard anyone say they can’t hear me.

very nice, had now had these for a few months and they are working perfectly, have had no drop outs ad the sound is always clear. you are going to love them.

I brought them for my boyfriend birthday. He loves them he had a pair before and they broke he is so happy that I found them again hard to find these headphones glad that Best Buy had them good job Best Buy.

I have had these less than 5 months and the neck band is falling apart and microphones make me sound muffled at best. I came back into Best Buy to see about repair and was referred to LG (Best Buy has the exclusive on these and will not stand behind them). I sent to LG and they sent back saying “abuse”. Well I have not abused them I’m a 52 yr old who takes care of expensive things so they last. Poor service all the way around. The headset started out great with good sound but within couple months had problems with microphones occasionally and then most of the time. Once the neck band came loose it was time to do something about it I was totally disappointed. For two hundred bucks they should last a couple years at the least. And yes I should have bought a extended warranty from Best Buy but I thought I had and just didn’t pay attention when checking out. My loss and not happy with customer support from either of these companies. Beware of this headset and the customer service from everyone.

The wires are too short because they are always curling up from being retracted. They kept coming out of ears do to that reason. The deal breaker was that I could be listening to music or talking on the phone and it just kept telling me...”connected”, “disconnected”. The headset kept doing this even though I was having a perfect phone call or could hear my music fine with no cutting in and out. I was looking for a pair of earphones that would connect to two devices at once (my iPad and my work phone) to listen to music but yet be able to hear my work phone ring and be able to answer it. The LGs accomplished this....but the annoying announcements every few seconds interrupted everything. Customer support was unable to help. Even at home with them only connected to my iPad and my phone off, they still occasionally had that announcement. I returned them. I am still searching Tudor the perfect multipoint ear set.

Wish the buds would retract better. Sound quality is good

They fit around my neck great but I don't like how they retract.

These Bluetooth headphones work great. I would recommend them to anyone. I also recommend that they get a larger space for the picture memory!
