These headphones work very well. The quality is really great.

It is a very good product that I highly recommend. The reason for 4 stars is because this new edition of LG Bluetooth headset, compared to previous models, is the voice command feature not available for iPhones.

Great...for the price better than most.. stays on the neck well

The wires are too short because they are always curling up from being retracted. They kept coming out of ears do to that reason. The deal breaker was that I could be listening to music or talking on the phone and it just kept telling me...”connected”, “disconnected”. The headset kept doing this even though I was having a perfect phone call or could hear my music fine with no cutting in and out. I was looking for a pair of earphones that would connect to two devices at once (my iPad and my work phone) to listen to music but yet be able to hear my work phone ring and be able to answer it. The LGs accomplished this....but the annoying announcements every few seconds interrupted everything. Customer support was unable to help. Even at home with them only connected to my iPad and my phone off, they still occasionally had that announcement. I returned them. I am still searching Tudor the perfect multipoint ear set.

I use these everyday, have a second pair in case i forget it or the battery goes dead early. Sound great, good for noise ear protection. Phone calls sound good as well.

I have had these less than 5 months and the neck band is falling apart and microphones make me sound muffled at best. I came back into Best Buy to see about repair and was referred to LG (Best Buy has the exclusive on these and will not stand behind them). I sent to LG and they sent back saying “abuse”. Well I have not abused them I’m a 52 yr old who takes care of expensive things so they last. Poor service all the way around. The headset started out great with good sound but within couple months had problems with microphones occasionally and then most of the time. Once the neck band came loose it was time to do something about it I was totally disappointed. For two hundred bucks they should last a couple years at the least. And yes I should have bought a extended warranty from Best Buy but I thought I had and just didn’t pay attention when checking out. My loss and not happy with customer support from either of these companies. Beware of this headset and the customer service from everyone.

Would have give 5 stars but for some reason these keep fading in and out sometimes. Not sure if it's something I'm doing or just this pair. May try a new pair and then re-review.

Favorite head phones. Usually get about a year of daily use. Wear them almost all waking hours of day. Wish they were a little more durable so they wouldn’t crack in center.

They fit around my neck great but I don't like how they retract.

Excellent quality. Really cancels out background noise. I purchased a cheaper version and had to replace within weeks. A little pricey, but if you are in a vehicle alot well worth it.

Sound comes through very clear. I highly recommend this product.

I had the previous version of this headset and really enjoyed it. I just hope this one will hold up better. The part that goes around the back of your neck seems to be the weak link. This one sounds just as good and performs well.

Could be more loud. Sounds ok around everyday noise.

Bought them for my wife and she loves them. She is almost completely deaf since birth but these earbuds are perfect for her because the lower, mids and high tones are crisp and clean.

We love this product so much that we bought the same item after 3 years! 3 years!!! The quality is great for daily use!
