I had an older pair of these that lasted 5 years, so I replaced them with these when my old ones started having issues. These sound amazing, I can't say anything bad about them.

I bought this item for my husband 2 years ago and he loved using it. But just like everything it wore out and started to have problems. So I purchased a new one for him and he uses it every day. I don't like that Best Buy wont warranty it any more though.

i owned the previous version, worked well. This set is better, clear, and retracts easily. the only con is i preferred the on/off switch on the opposite side f the headset.

These replaced an LG set that my Husband bought 5 years ago. These are a step above what he had and he Loves them. He uses them everyday since he is a CDL Driver. Great product! Highly Recommend!

Great sound and mic, but bad design. Had this set for 4 months and the plastic part that goes around your neck already broke. Not worth the $$ you pay.

I got these for my boyfriend. His job consist of a lot of driving and hands on so he can’t always get to his phone. They have been super useful to him. Great quality! He loves them!

Bought these headphones for my son who works third shift on a grocery stock crew. He loves them. Good sound for his music and easy to switch over to answer his phone if he gets a call.

Although the sound is great, the design is flawed. The part that goes around your neck is too weak. You have to spread the points out to get it around your neck and it causes the back part to break. Best Buy wouldn’t allow a return and LG wants you to pay for shipping and an extra $100 minimum for repairs. This is a highly priced piece of junk. I have loved all my older LG, this one is just garbage. I do not recommend at all. Now I have a $180 headset being held together by tape. Pathetic.

This is a high quality headset with an awesome sound quality. It has excellent connection through Bluetooth. I can walk all through the house with my phone in another room and stay connected.

They get the job done. Honestly, I bought these exclusively for ebooks, podcasts, live sports….basically everything besides music, they are great for all of that, I’ve never used them for music. They are also pretty good for phone calls.

I got this unit because of the earbuds - they retract. I was skeptical at first that the earbuds would stop retracting or break but so far they work great, actually, better than expected.

Great product. Sound quality is great. Abilities to talk outside in the wind is very good. Have had several pairs over the years.

I use this for online work meetings. The sound is clear and my colleagues say that my voice comes through clear as well. It's nice to be more mobile while on calls.

I use it to workout and when working around the house and errands on the weekends. Its battery life is very long.The buttons are easy to control.

I love this LG Bluetooth, I just wish that it would last. I prefer this retractable bud around the neck style . Unfortunately, I usually have to exchange within 8 months after purchase date because an earbud will crumple.

If you are looking for the best wireless headset, this LG one is it. With the new updates, it is better than previous editions. It is worth the price, so don't hesitate.
