It would seem I would learn my lesson, but I really like the LG Tone headsets. The sound quality isn’t as good as AirPods, but the charge last a lot longer and doesn’t fall out of my ears. My biggest issue is that the sound inevitably goes out in the left ear of every pair I’ve owned. I wear and use them daily and the longest use I’ve gotten has been nine months. I’m almost embarrassed to admit that I’ve spent well over $1000 on these things over the past few years.I know why Best Buy no longer offers a plan for them. They simply just don’t last. So buy with caution.

Have used bluetooth headsets more than 4 years now. These are the highest quality set so far. The fast charge feature make this item worth the high price.

Considering the cost for these headphones I expected better. I do like the fact that the earbuds retract, but the headphone cord seems so thin I feel like they really won't stand the test of time - though I may be wrong. Disappointed with the sound, not the best. This may be because the buds won't really seal in my ear and the replacement ear pieces don't vary in size much - like one size fits all. But at $200.00 they should be sounding awesome - NOT! Other than that they do work as advertised, and for this reason I'm giving them 3 stars, though I wish you could link them to more than one device at a time.

It was a good Device clear and loud up until the time that one of the retracting side failed then I had to return for warranty

It came the next day - they work great. Retractable earbuds -I had to get use to as I didn't have this before

Ease of having uninterrupted sound available at your fingertips at all times. Don’t even know that they you are wearing them! Extra added bonus that the earbuds are retractable.

this are ther only kind of bluetooth my wife likes and lg has been making some bad ones that aint quite the best glad this is a descent one finalll they made a good model again.

I got these as a gift for my wife. She's used tones in the past but these are exceptionally better. Very happy wife, very happy life.

Great Product. Actually this is my second one. The first one lasted over 4 years. I use the ear piece every day and heavy use.

It's a good headset. I preferred my 1120 headset because it would sync with 2 phones & I could switch back & forth between the 2. This one will connect with 2 but only answer calls on one phone & I get complaints that my voice is muffled.

great headset but not enough range with my cell phone .

I've owned 2 of the same model and each year they seem to break in some area of the unit. The sound is great. Google Assistant is "iffy" at best with an iPhone. It never seems to stay connected. When this last pair broke, I decided to take the plunge and get the Apple AirPod Pros. Now that I have them, I will continue to follow the upgrade path. The AirPods are phenomenal to say the least. I didn't want the first or second gen, but now I'm hooked. Assuming that LG will start to change their product line a bit to mirror the Pros just like other vendors.

I purchased this has set in 2018 and it is still working. Most headsets stop working after a year. I’m happy this one is still working. I picked a winner!!

I had a headset very similar to this one for the past 3 years and liked it very much. This is the"newer version" of it. A couple of things have changed so it will take some getting used to. I would buy them again
