Its perfect for what you need it for! My only complaint is the charge cord is an old hook up, so finding one compatible isnt always easy

Most people I talk to say they can barely here me. Feels solid but you have to tug on the earpiece to get it to retract. Not the best idea. No release button like the older model. More solid feeling though.

Great sound quality— only lasted for 6 months and then it gave out. Bought a protection plan but can’t use it since the nearest store is 2 hours away, no shipping in repair option, and it’ll take me $120 in gas to get there. So I paid $250 total for only six months of use— kind of feels like I’ve been cheated out of my money. Either way I go about it I lost/lose money for something that I can’t help.

I love the Google assist! I work a lot with my hands so this is great while working and staying busy! I definitely recommend this product.

have these. last about 2 years but wouldnt have any other headphones. Easy to stop and start when needed

Simply put, do not buy these. They will break at the back of the headband even with normal careful use, right at the seams. They do sound wonderful, and it's nice to have dedicated skip and rewind buttons on them that have been removed from so many other similar headsets. My first set lasted 6 months before splitting. I liked them enough that I got a 2nd set, but this one broke within 20 days. The worst part is that Best Buy is refusing to accept the return, even though (as an elite plus member) I am within my return window. They are trying to claim this is "physical damage", and that I should have "gotten the protection plan if I wanted to have that covered". This is a manufacture defect in the product, not something I broke. They refused to even check this page to see the large amount of others who had the exact same issue. If you really want to buy these, do it from a company that isn't using deceptive business practices to deny returns on them. Best Buy is on the borderline of fraud by not honoring their promised return policy.

2nd pair i bought, breaks easy but it doesnt seem like they make anything worth buyung anymore. Overpriced

Bought these to replace a set i bought around 4 years ago. best headphones ive ever had. Didnt get these cheap like my first set but still well worth the money

Best bluetooth ear buds. Sounds good and noise canceling works well.

I have had several headset from LG but this by far the best. Granted, it is the most expensive, but, the sound is great and I LOVE the Google assistant.

I love my bluetooth! My LG headset is easy to use, sound is great. The only problem I am having is staying connected to Google.

So far so good. They need to update what charging cord it uses. It is the only device that i have that still uses old charging cord.

Great Bluetooth headset. I wear ti all the time, it stays out of the way and has great sound. Very easy to set up and use.
