When I use it for phone calls, the other party often has trouble understanding me. When I listen to music, the bass is weak at the same time as the treble can be earsplitting (big band trumpets sound awful). On the plus side, it is solidly made, the buttons are easy to push, and the retractable earbud cables retract easily and smoothly so far. For over $200, I expected much better. I would not buy it again.

Sounds great but don’t last

Owned for 1 week when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.When I first bought them I thought they were wonderful they sounded great I could hear people and people could hear me but after just two days the earphones broke on one side. I think it’s because the way they pull out you’re pulling on the cord and they just simply broke I didn’t even pull the earpiece all the way out it just stopped working on one side. Maybe if they re-thought the design and made the wire a little stronger so that it wouldn’t break is easy it would be a great set of earphones.
