Compatible with any phones, for my overall experience i had been using LG- bluetooth since 2014.

I love these and have purchased them for years. This last time I am I found out Best buy does not offer the geek squat protection plan for them. Is there any other warranty available for them out there?

I love these headphones. My old headphones didn't fit as well and were hard to answer my phone. These ones are easy to use and super comfortable

I like theses because the feature that allows you to connect to two phones at the same time I don’t like when sometimes it keeps saying need to reconnect

The new LG Tone is much more sturdier as the older model collapsed because of metal wire towards each end. This one is thick plastic throughout.

They work great but with prolonged use the left earbud went out.

Yes we will state the obvious, they’re expensive, but they come with a one year manufacture warranty plus you can purchase an additional 2 year warranty from Best Buy. The strings are the same size if you’re familiar with lg headsets but this one is longer so it doesn’t get caught up in your clothing/neck area.

Love these LG headsets. Been using them for years. Keep them coming.

I have Benign Essential Tremor which effects my hands and head. Holding a phone has become difficult because the action makes my tremor worse. My husband suggested a bluetooth headset. I purchased this headset yesterday because I wear glasses and I thought it would work better than an over-the-ear bluetooth. I also liked that, unlike other brands, the earbud cords retracted and I could wear the headset on walks and while working around the house or in the garden or doing yardwork. I really didn't want to spend this much, and didn't need bells and whistles like Google Assistant but for the reasons above, I chose it. I tried to put it on this morning. It was out of the box all of 8 minutes. Reasons for that.... 1) the ear buds do not stay in my ears very easily. They have to be pushed and rotated and they aren't comfortable. That's not something one wants to be fiddling with when one gets a phone call. 2) the ear bud cords are short and because of where they are positioned in the headset, which is about the only place they could be placed in this design, when you place an ear bud in your ear, it pulls on the headset, which then turns around on your neck. Don't even think about moving your head the slightest little bit because the buds will pop out. 3) the ear bud cords are very flimsy, tiny wires which feel like they could snap easily. Do not appear durable enough to last three days. 4) the cords retract back into the headset with some difficulty. I thought one of them wouldn't go back in at all but it finally did. I had high hopes for this headset but will have to look for something simpler, more durable, and easier to manage and wear.
