Its good for a few months and then it's starts to break down. I bought one in December of 2020! Only reason why I'm buying it again is for my job. I can craw under cars and truck trailers with no problems or worries of losing an ear bud. If they fix the call sound these headphones would be dynamite!

I don't know why they think every one wants those ear buds thingys. I can't wear the earbuds they hurt my ears badly. I really wish they will bring these retractable headsets back.
