Durable, light weight, strong, retractable earbuds and sound is good.

This new headset is great. Easy to use, sounds good, light weight. Charges fast and holds the charge for several days.

These headphones are great on battery 12+ hrs, fast charging and very reliable when making phone calls. I would recommend these over any active headphones. They don't fall out of my ear when exercising or playing sports as well.

I have purchased quite a few bluetooth earbuds over the years but the LG tone is by far the best for me. This is my fourth. I did not give it a 5 because the retractors are very sluggish. Not at all like the ones in other Tones that I've had. I sometimes have to try 5 or 6 times to get the earbuds to retract. I have not been able to connect the Google assistant and all the controls are in different places than my old one. Otherwise, it's great! Love the battery life and th buds stay in my ears. That's a problem for m in most bluetooth earbuds.

Get occasional static. Not sure it my connection or the equipment. Durable and good quality. Fast Charging and has long battery life

This is about the 5th pair of LG headphones that I have owned over the last 4 years. I really like the design and how it sits around my collar. They have all been different models and have all sounded wonderful. My only reservation is durability. I sat on and crushed 1 pair and left another in a hot car in the Texas sun too long. It still works and sounds clear but there is no volume. Another pair just fell apart and a nephew talked me out of the fourth. If these don't hold up a little better it may be time to just move on. I actually prefer the Klipsch sound but I like this design better.

I love these are my favorite wireless headphones. I use them for work. They last a good 12+ hours, depending on how loud you have them. Great durability and they're sound quality it great!

I had the previous model that stop working after a couple of years, I'd say normal wear since I use it all day long at construction work. This model is a little bit expensive, but so far no problems with it, battery last a few days, as I mentioned I use it all day making a lot of phone calls, phone calls are clear, I do not use it to listen music so I can not give an opinion on sound for music.

I’m not a big fan of ear buds but these are very comfortable and easy to use. I love the quality of the sound. I can use them at work and it lasts thru the whole 10 hour shift. I’ve had a similar model LG headset that lasted me 7 year. I know these will last a long time so they are worth the cost.

Excellent sound and great battery life, retractable cords are great at precenting pulled or loose connections on the earbud wires, but the back of the neck unit seems to suffer some material fatigue and will crack with regular use putting it on and taking it off.

This headset allows me to hear better than any other headset that I have purchased. The retractable ear plugs work great for me. The headset recharges quickly and the charge last a lot longer than my previous headsets. I am very pleased with this product.

Love these headphones. They are extremely comfortable, you can easily forget that you have them on. The sound quality is great, and I love that they are retractable. One issue that I have found is that they a not as durable as I would like, they tend to break where the screws are placed, but other than that I love them.

At work, I'm contently on the move. From my work truck to an apartment. This headset is the best thing that has ever happened to me. I pair my personal phone, and my work phone to it, and I can receive all calls. When I get a notification or text, it reads it out to me. The LG tone and talk app has evolved since I purchased these. It's absolutely amazing. I honestly forget I have them on most of the day. It's so comfortable. Sound quality is exceptional. It hits the lows well, the vocals are clear, and best of all, no interference. I've left my phone in my car and didn't realize I did until I was half way down a NYC block

Expensive headphones. A little lighter then earlier makes so I comes off the neck easily when working under cars but overall good product.

Used these for years.. Great battery life and good sound. They just don't give you a good warning before the battery dies. Gives you a warning when it's about 1% left and just turn off.

The harmon/kardon makes these LG Platinum Bluetooth headset absolutely amazing. Great for listening to music with deep bass and phone calls are clear , and they have at least 12 hours of playtime. A must have !!

This was a replacement for an older unit that broke (after five years probably a good reason). It is comfortable around the neck and I really like the retractable earpieces. All in all, this is a great earphone system that rivals my Bose over the ear headphones! Clear sounds, clear and sharp trebles and excellent basses. Sounds suppression is excellent. The only improvement I’d like to see in a future model is a audio cable so I can use it during air travel.

was $10 more than the next version down - which i had last time. the last one died after a year i guess from sweat when i was walking. i checked reviews and others said the same thing, any how it works well - although the range is not too great if i leave my phone and walk to another room i lose connection. my wife has i pod ears nodes and can go almost anywhere in the house without losing connection.
