These lasted one year and now that hang up calls randomly and also call the last person in my recents randomly. Barely made it a full 12 months before failure. Sound quality is excellent though.

Bad Product, Terrible Customer Service

Traveling all around the world the battery life, wearability, retractable earpieces and sound quality were great on the 700 and 900. September 2020 I got the new 1125. From the beginning I got a lot of complaints about my audio quality on calls. And after less than 4 months of using this headset the neckband started to come apart. Sent it in with my receipt to LG for warranty. DENIED. LG keeps repeating "physical damage, warranty denied" (without explaining or defining what that is). Did not even analyze the headset. Just took it out of the shipping box, took pictures and denied warranty. Bad quality product, and even worse customer service! Better spend your money on another product.

Ive tried other headsets and the sound quality and haven't had a complaint about not hearing my voice clearly on the other end. The only complaint is that the product quality only last 2 years.

The earbuds are very clear and actually have some bass to them for music. The google assistant is a bit annoying as it will disconnect at times and you have to unpair before it works again.
