Ultimate work headphones

A little more expensive than several on the market, but worth every cent. Crystal clear sound, user friendly and really comfortable fit in the ear. Blocks out "ALL" surrounding noise!

Owned for 7 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.As I'm right in this review I find myself extremely bumming and disappointed because all of the key features of the headphones were on point pump ability the sound quality all the way down to the fit bye roughly after 32 days of use (somehow right after 30 day return policy) the left retractable earbud stops working and is stuck out I tried to return them with it being just two days after the 30 and of course Best buy had wanted nothing to do with it I have tried to contact LG no response. Great headphones out of the box. After that good luck I do not remember recommend this AT ALL

Disappointing

After less than 10 hours of use, the left ear piece stopped working. Have to send in to LG for repair or replacement. Maybe just bad luck, but not very happy with my first LG purchase.

Not as good as past products.

The sound quality is great and until now ive never had one go bad. My first red flag was when I bought the headset and the store associate told me they dont insure these because of too many returns. I have owned 3 or 4 of these in the past and only bought a new one when I either lost it or wanted the next higher model. I have owned this set for less than 7 months and the right ear plays twice as loud as the left at least. Also the voice quality will sometimes be randomly bad. LG history says you are better than this get your stuff together.

Only ok

The volume will cut nearly in half at times without the volume control changing on the phone. After turning off/on, they are back to normal for a while.

Perfect for tech people

I did not have the patience to learn each button and what it could do. Meant for someone who just wants to answer their phone. It did read the emails though.

Great Bluetooth Headset

They are heavily used in a construction environment both indoors and out and have held up amazingly well. They do block alot of "outside" noise. Definitely will replace when they go bad.

HBS-1125 is Worthless

No master reset options either. Spent hours searching for soultions, took them back in for suggestions and deleted and reinstalled apps. Nope nothing - and NO service.

Lasted less than 30 days!!!!

They always last 1-2 years and once in a while a little longer. This pair is terrible!!!! They don't stay connected! The charger port doesn't seem to work all the time. Absolutely awful! 20 days past the return! To add the protection plan it says we need to verify the condition 1st. maybe you should have verified that BEFORE you shipped them! So unhappy with this purchase!
