I love the quality of the sound and the secure fit of earbuds enhancing the listening pleasure. Only one complaint, the neckband is delicate and breaks easily especially given there is no protective case unless you use the bulky box packaging.

2nd set of these head phones. Love them but don't buy the refurbished ones. I bought a refurbished pair first but broke in 6 months and no warranty. These have good sound, easy to use and have a long battery life.

Not as loud as my original LG's, but the battery definitely lasts all day. Very satisfied! Only reason 4 stars and not 5 is because sometimes you just want your ears to ring after jamming.

I have bought this headset exclusively for years now and it has not let me down. Crystal clear sound and bluetooth connectivity are pluses. The only downside may be the price for some and maybe now these seems harder to get as time goes by maybe they are being discontinued. Other than that i have always loved these headsets

I use this daily. Love the sound, great battery life, stays paired fairly far away from the phone. But it doesn't hold up well physically. The body that sits against the neck started falling apart about 3 months of use in.

Battery life is excellent, sound quality is very good. Fits well around your neck. Easy to pair with any device. Over all a very good product!!

The LG Bluetooth headphones it is spectacular! And sounds very clear ,got a long battery life it also charges very very fast great Product !

I use headset regularly for conference calls with clients so I can take notes during the meetings. It's critical that they hear me and vice versa. I've tried many different headsets. While most let me hear the caller fine, almost all of them have poor mics. Clients can't hear me well and/or my voice will fade in and out rendering the headset useless. This is the only brand I've found where I get 0 complaints. Callers can hear me well 100% of the time. My only concern is that this is that I had to purchase this second one because the first one cracked at one of the points where one piece connects to another piece. It looks like this newer model has a modified construction that will make it less likely to break like that so I'm comfortable recommending this newer model. Music is secondary priority for me so, while I do use the headset listen to music pretty frequently, I haven't paid much attention to the quality BUT it's definitely not tinny. I'd say it's a decent quality for playback.

Love it. Works great. Seems pretty durable. Charges fast. Good battery life. But it should be for the price. Will see how it last in the long run!!

Sound quality is good the retractor for the earpiece sticks a little bit the Bluetooth itself seems to work fine unfortunately way too much money compared to others

Good quality headphones. Comfortable on the neck. Product is still working, twice longer than previous model. Almost 2 years later, battery is starting to lose its longevity.

I got this for work to be handsfree while I work. The sound quality is good and i have not had any complaints from people about the microphone. Great battery that i have only had to charge once a week during business hours.

easy to use and has very good sound to it think about buy one for my son for xmas gift andit has a very good charger to it i can talk all day without going dead on me i it to my family and friedswould recommend

I've owned several pair of LG Tone headsets. All have produced excellent sound. This last pair did have changes that I don't care for. First, OK Google command doesn't work and nobody has been able to explain to me how to make it work. Next the call button and play music button work on the same switch. I have to push the button twice to make a call. I would have preferred it if LG would have not changed that feature. The sound is still great though.

Have only used a few weeks, but worked great for what I bought it for. I use it while riding a motor cycle. Fits good under my half helmet and is very clear sounding. I like the fast recharging.

Just as the title says, this is the best headset i ever used. Sound quality was top notch Battery life was sufficient. Retractable buds. I cant even fit all the good stuff about this headset. Too bad LG ditched Harman Kardon speakers. The ones they currently use SUCKS and

They were ok, but I returned them because it wouldn't get good range, if I had my phone a little far the lost would be lost. Also I wouldn't like my ears filled up with air, that's how it felt when I would insert them in my ears. Also there were too long and sometimes people wouldn't hear me when I would be on the call. But my husband bought the exact same ones and he did like his, maybe mine were defective or I just didn't like them. But no I would definitely not buy them again.
