They do not like to be roughed up, which is sometimes unavoidable. A month short of a year old and the left earplug cracked and ultimately fell off. I see the right earplug has a crack in it.

With that said, when i b[ought this LG Bluetooth Headset, I was declined the warrantee from Best Buy. They do not stand behind this product they sell. At the time I thought that was so strange, I buy the best buy coverage on most all my products get. Now they are no longer usable, very poor hearing quality both ear plugs sound scratchy. I can not use use them anymore, I PAID $200.00 for a product that are not made for longevity. I will not buy Bluetooth Headset, made by LG again.

Now I don't worry about disturbing anyone else while watching tv etc.

By day 2 they were several cracks and missing pieces and I had only worn it once. And it HAD NOT been dropped or gotten wet. I am highly disappointed in this product that it didnt eben last 6 months compares to the last one I had.

I don't like pulling to retract it. The earpieces feel a little more rigid and not as soft as the older version. They were fine, but don't love it.
