LG has a long history of putting out good quality headsets and this one sounds good when it works. This is my 3rd attempt. 3/3 all had issues worth the right earbud. In the 1st two three right earbud was completely silent. On the 3rd headset you have to wiggle the wire where it connects to the earbuds for it to make sound... The left earbud never has a problem I don't get it.
