    Can I rate it 0 stars? LG has a long history of putting out good quality headsets and this one sounds good when it works. This is my 3rd attempt. 3/3 all had issues worth the right earbud. In the 1st two three right earbud was completely silent. On the 3rd headset you have to wiggle the wire where it connects to the earbuds for it to make sound... The left earbud never has a problem I don't get it.

    I have used LG bluetooth headset in the last 5 years and this is my third/fourth pair. My first pair lasted for 2 years,but the others have lasted about a year.

    This is the set that has worked best for and my current position as a care giver. the product works great. Curb side pick up worked well

    Decant sound for the money. Would lose Bluetooth connection with phones just by turning my head. Found the controls a little hard to use and fit was not great.

    I thought these were going to be the best LG Tone headphones I'd ever had -- I certainly paid more for these than for any other pair I'd had. But the plastic started cracking almost immediately and within a little more than a month a chunk of it fell out and I returned them.

    LG Tone Platinum BT Headset Not Worth The Price. These are expensive and I could not tell the difference in sound quality between a $75 headset and these so I returned them.

    Headset always needs to reconnect to phone... even when your still in range of it. Caller sound not as clear as my cheaper LG headset . I returned mine .

    Defective don't buy Model HBS-1125 -many reported

    If I could put a negative I would. I have previously bought two headset same brand same style, but these new ones were modified and I consider them defective. They disagree. Only have 2.5 months the plastic cracked at the seam where it also snaps in. This cause it to buckle even further with NORMAL usage. Eventually a fell off... I sent them in for repair. I did not have an extended warranty since previously with other two I bought over a 10 yr period I didn't have an issue with... just normal wear and tear wore them out. I was told they do not consider physical damage under warranty. I used to be a loyal customer, now I will never again buy an LGE product. I would choose a different brand. The whole experience was not only upsetting but costly.
