Taking the device on and off my neck which I thought was normal use, was apparently enough to cause the frame to crack, which then damaged the ability of people to hear me speaking through the device. It lasted about 5 months and then began to fall apart. Customer Service from LG is very difficult to navigate and deal with. Their claim of warranty coverage doesn't cover any "physical damage"--even if it comes from normal use. I appealed and provided detailed information--no use. I would strongly advise carefully considering the purchase of any LG product for which Best Buy doesn't offer a protection plan (which was not offered for this product).

These however had less sound quality then my cheaper 60$ pair I had just gotten rid of. They were heavier too. Needless to say after a few days I went ahead and returned them.
