It's our second pair! I purchased the first LG headset for my husband 4 years ago and it's finally time to replace them. The old ones still work, but are looking old; therefore, I bought this newer model. He likes it even more than the first! Favorite things about these: great sound quality, voice quality on calls, comfort, durability, and the ease of voice command for google assistant on my Android and Siri on his iPhone.

So I bought these Perry headphones for my wife she likes to Bluetooth headphones but doesn't like the look of headphones that are just hanging down on both sides of her shoulder so she was very happy that she could retract these headphones into the actual unit the battery life is long the music is Krist and punchy I would highly recommend these headphones because they're very easy to use you can even text message hands-free using the Google Assistant button

Used to use everyday and it never missed a beat. (pun intended.) I would recommend this, for long time of usages it's very comfortable seating on your neck. Sound is great for normal everyday use.

LG Bluetooth Headset has good quality. I like that the headphones are retractable and connect to Bluetooth right away.

I do love the headphones but they are pricey. I’ve had several versions of these over the years. 700, 750, 800, 820, 900, and these the 1100 series. I don’t recall if all the numbers are correct but as you can see I’ve been committed to the LG brand. The current model is much better than the older ones but that should be expected. I like this version the best overall. I don’t like the price but I do like the product.

I use them everyday. In my convertible with the top down. In the office and doing yard work.

These are far superior to all ear buds and air pods. No comparison. Always there when needed. Like a watch. Around the neck. Better battery life and fast charging. I'd love it if they'd add more features. And increase the strength of the wires and retractor motors. I can't seem to get Google assistant to work with the dedicated button.

I bought these to replace my last LG Tone that lasted 5 years, which is excellent. I use mainly for phone calls, but good for music as well. Fits great under golf shirt collar. Do not use for working out, as is NOT sweat proof. Must experiment with the different size ear tips to get best performance.

Great sound for both phone and music. Very lightweight and comfortable

Overall a great product with good sound quality. I use it mainly to talk on the phone and I like it better than any Bluetooth I've ever owned. I had a previous version of this product and loved it. It lasted for several years and finally broke so I purchased this one. I don't like this version as well as the previous version, but I would still recommend it. This one seems flimsier and I don't like the way the earbuds retract. The old version had buttons to push for retraction and this one does not.

This is my Second set of the LG headset (which were both purchased at Best Buy). I love the sound which is always clear, whether i’m Working in the yard or in a car. The controls are convenient once you get used to their position in the headset. The only drawback for me was that my first set had problems with 1 ear piece after 3 years of pulling out and retracting it. The other downside is, i’ve Tried to use the app that’s associated with this LG product and have never been able to make it work or found it useful. Still happy with my purchase!

these are a great alternative so I don't have to worry about losing my wireless buds..sound quality is excellent and these fit better (are more comfortable) around the neck than a previous pair i had bought a few years ago. Also I really appreciate that they are retractable.. i have long hair and it makes it much easier so they don't get caught in it.

These headphones are good for what they are (around the neck). Good audio and the buds feel comfortable. Call performance isn’t spectacular as I’m often told that the person on the other end can’t hear me. Battery life last a long time which is a plus, but sometimes the charger isn’t seated perfectly and I sometimes find it still without a charge. I wish that the google assist button could be assigned forget tasks since I’m using iOS and it doesn’t mesh too well. Overall I’m happy with the purchase.

I've always been a big fan of LG-Tone Headsets. I have the ear buds but I just can't deal with the buds my busy life. I always misplace one or the other. I had to go purchase one, its much more sufficient for my needs and it stays put, plus no hassle of looking for buds everyday.

Really good, but I think my money may have been better spent getting two of these refurbished for the price of one. I've had terrible problems with bluetooth switching on whether I want it to or not when I'm in my car; this one is better, but it still switches on unaccountably every so often. Which seems so strange! I have no idea why it does, but every other bluetooth I've had has been doing that, so at least this is an improvement.

Zero complaints about these headphones. I've been buying variations of these LG headphones for years. These are probably my favorite due to the retractable headphone wires. Sound quality is great and I can typically get 10 hours of usage out of them before needing a recharge, even after 6 months of constant usage.
