At times it would be hard for me hear others as well as they would complain about hearing me. Stating it sounded as though I was in a tunnel and cracking sound. I waited to long to exchange it for something else.

Not worth the price

I bought these and in less than a year, the Google assistant stopped working and the right earbud was so low it was hard to hear anything. Not to mention the speaker begins to go bad so using this headset for the phone is extremely frustrating. I liked the older model had similar faults. I have LG the benefit of the doubt and bought these again, and it hasn't been a whole year yet and already all the same problems have come up. DO NOT BUY THESE. They are a waste of money. Not worth the price. I tried many, many times and ways to fix them but i have been unsuccessful. I'm very disappointed in the lack of quality.
