    Purchased for my wife and she loved it, but it was broke in 7 months. The earbud came broke off and exposed wires when she took it out of her ear. Tried to glue it back and neither earbud works now. It must have shorted out the wires.

    poor durability kills an otherwise decent product. One small section on one side cracked and fell off within the first year. now right at the one year mark about 3/4 of the covering on the opposite side has cracked and come loose. I plan to tape it back together and squeeze as much life out of these as possible. I'll then never buy another LG product. Given how many others have reported similar issues I assume they make them designed to fall apart in a year or so to force you into purchasing a replacement.

    I got this 9/23/2020 and it is currently 11/27/2020 and it's already giving me issues! No one can understand what im saying half the time and it rarely tells me when i have an incomming call (it's supposed to vibrate when a call is coming in). Not worth the money at all!

    This is the second type of LG Bluetooth neckband I’ve bought. First I bought the LG tone pro. The right earpiece quit working after 3 weeks of usage. Those were cheap so I spent more money on this set. I liked the LG at first because it doesn’t dangle down on my chest like other brands. The retractable feature was what I liked. I’m hvac service tech and don’t need thugs getting snagged in crawl spaces. When I got these they worked great. Sound was fine and the google assistant is a plus. Now after only a few weeks it won’t charge. I hook the charging cable up and it light up for a second then loses connection. I’ve tried several charging cables thinking this was the initial issue, but no luck. I would be more understanding if they lasted for 8-10 months then broke, but only 3 weeks? Don’t waste your time any LG headset. They will let you down.
