Horrible Quality and Microphone

I purchased the best of the LG Bluetooth headsets, but sound quality is not on par with my other headsets used with my Roku or Apple box.

Love the fit but not the sound

Tinny? Not good. I hoped but was sad to find they were too bad to keep -at any price, let alone their price.

Platinum A better

The Platinum + was more user friendly & had a clearer voice than the A. But the overall sound in the A was better less tinny and had a bit more bass. I returned the + and kept the A.

Terrible product !

The back (around the neck) has broken, and I’m super careful when handling them. My biggest problem is the other person I’m talking to complains THEY CAN’T hear me. So, I hold the receiver up closer to my mouth and they STILL have an issue. So, clearly they’re not “hands free”. Don’t waist your $$$. Bought 2 pair and they’re both terrible. $430.00 dollars later!

Not Impressed

It came with Google assistant, which I did not like having to be logged in to on my phone whenever I used the head set.

Poor microphone quality

Person on other end of call always says that it is intermittent sound and poor quality. I contacted support, the only option they have is to replace the device. I have to send it to them and they will then send the replacement. So I am without a headset for however long that process takes.

Not so good

I'm disappointed in it.

Poor quality - mislead on return time

I have owned several LG headsets and this is by far the worst. All the others I really liked. In addition, I was told I had 30 days to return this. I bought them right before I went in vacation but when I came back and wanted to return them my account said the return period was over after 22 days. Extremely disappointed.

Broke!

I had 1st bought them in October 2021 and they were faulty, no one could hear me or i was told i was muffled. Now the 2nd pair i got in December 2021 is BROKE! The ear piece broke in ½! I always kept them hung up never dropped them or any sort of abuse to them ever! The old sets were much better then these! So frustrated and disappointed!

Cheap Garbage

I read other reviews where the cheap plastic cracks under normal use. The LG support requires photos of the issue and then you have to send it in. After they receive it, they say it's not covered and want to charge you basically the entire price of the headset. Never will buy an LG product again.
