    I purchase two. One for myself and family member. We are business women and use the all the time. The left ear peace of the headset no longer works properly. There is know sound. I use the right side more then the left side so I dont understand why we are having this issue. They want you to pay 40 to 150 for repairs and that's crazy because you could just purchase a new one

    I bought these because I had a cheaper model and they were pretty decent. So I thought that these being more expensive would be way better. Not. They were decent at first but after several months of use the left earbud volume has diminished again. I had it repaired a couple of months ago. I should've looked at all the negative reviews before I bought these.

    Gets the job done..... thats it

    Feels real flimsy. Sound is not so great. JBL ANC earbuds sound much better. The quality of wireless earbuds is gone unfortunately.

    I love these headphones I just got a bad pair just 20 uses during the past months after the return policy exp my headphone expired just stopped working does nit charge no sound nothing I only used them 20 times since I first purchased 20 hours total. Now I have nothing $200.00 down the drain .back to cord speakers.

    I have used LG for many years. This years model relies on Google voice and thus I was not able to use Siri. I took it back.

    My wife used tones all the time but these were the worst. She could hear us but we couldn’t hear her very well. They need to drop the price on these to FREE!

    Like the LG brand, but I get lots of complaints that people can’t hear me or that I sound muffled. They also don’t have the voice answer capability.

    Terrible if you want them for phone calls. The sounds is horrible and static is profound. They may be good for music. I own 12 headsets all LG. The older models are excellent for sounds quality on phone calls. These were returned after using for almost two weeks the complaints on the other end of the phone were constant. I have a brand new Samsung 20 note ultra that I paired them with.

    Worth 0 stars I use to love LG’s loved them more when they created platinum. Newest model sux. It raced on the box how it now has google Assist. In other words doesn’t really work on iPhone anymore It not compatible with Siri anymore, what a shame. The options with the buttons are way different now. And I returned Run...... do not buy these

    Usually love this headset. I couldn’t purchase insurance on it because I bought it online due to Covid. Everyone complains they can’t hear me on this. Not sure what’s wrong with it. I hate that I broke my other one and had to get a new one. This one isn’t working good at all. Wish I could trade it in. :(

    "Provides up to 13 hours of use and lasts up to 14 days on standby" This is SO not true. Mine is just a few months old. I need to turn on for every call and turn off right after it. If I leave it on hanging on my neck on "stand By" it won't even last the whole day.

    Headset stopped working within 6 weeks. I work for that brown shipping company, and relied on these headphones for calls and entertainment while driving. Quality of these headsets have been steadily going downhill since I bought my first set in 2015. I cant recommend this brand or product to anyone

    I bought this because I'm on the phone a lot while driving. This is probably my 5th one. At first it was all good until I noticed it didn't stay charged as long as the edition before this one. Not only that, it keeps breaking by the loop that goes on your neck. I don't recommend this product
