Don't buy

However, after the warranty expired by 1 month the right side has developed a short even after careful use.

Not good

They have little flexibility . They would probably be good to use just sitting there in a call but anything else don’t expect much .

Posted .If the device connected to the product is out of effective communication range (33 feet/10 meters),
the communication signal becomes weak and the communication is lost. If the device comes back within effective communication range, the product automatically reconnects to the device. If the device is not automatically reconnected, press the MFB on the product to connect to it manually. ^CP

Call quality is really poor

Love the around the neck part of this unit but other than that can't really use it. I get complaints from everyone I talk to when using it , at times I find myself speaking louder than I should.

Buy At Your Own Risk!

This one didn't last for 8 months. The right ear bud went out and if I wiggled it in a good spot I had to hold to there. As much as these cost they should have allowed a service plan to be sold!

Buyer Beware

I paid almost $200 for this headset. LG said they do not honor physical damage. There was absolutely no physical damage other than pulling it in out of my ear. Terrible customer service.

Poor Quality LGs

I’ve owned 4 different set o f LGs and none of them has lasted a year. These are my last ones. Best Buy won’t make them right anymore. So I’ll be going somewhere else to get some different ones.
