    Bluetooth connection cuts off just

    If you need a bluetooth headset this one will give you trouble in conection range will cut off time to time and if you place your phone in your back pocket bluetooth will disconnect

    Got it for my wife.The sound quality is very poor and it seems to break easy I can’t understand my wife when she talks to me on the phone although it cost over $100.

    Absolute junk!!!! Dont buy lasted 30 days and broke, best buy at apple glen would not replace or make right.

    I would not recommend this product at all. This is not worth the price at all. I ended up buying wireless earbuds (PowerBeats) and would recommend them.

    I love all my LG tones that I have purchased in the past but for $200 the quality on these headphones are horrible you sound muffled every time you call someone they can never hear you.

    Ear buds starts to go bad after couple of months of purchase and for $200 Bluetooth head set no warranty available at store. Best buy.

    Very disappointed. Very poor sound quality. Way overpriced for the poor quality. I’m amazed your sales person pushed this product.

    I bought these in March 2020 and they already giving me problems to the point I cannot use them. A waste of 180.00. Very Disappointed

    Only had 6 months and defected on neck band where tone is and won't replace because of physical damage LG says

    Its the BEST HEADSET that works for me

    So I've owned a ton of great bluetooth headsets in the past. Older LG tones, Plantronics Voyager, Apple Airpods. Some may be great for conversation, some were great for music, and some were compact and great for convenience. Unfortunately not fit me. I kept coming back to the LG tones because they were easy manage. They go around you're next and you never had to worry about losing them. With the airpods I always had to carry the case when wearing the headset with the fair of losing one or the other. Same with the voyagers, that were the best at having conversations on but it was bulky with the case. I like the Tone Platinums because they feel premium to the other older models. Conversations on the headset which is important to me is reasonable, and is an improvement over older models. Still if you are in a noise environment it won't filter out the wind and background sounds. If in a car or office the other hears me fine. As for music I think it sounds pretty good. You aren't getting a bose headset but i do like it for music and podcasts. The buttons are easy to access and I like the dedicated on an off switch. The google assistance is pretty neat and works well with my Samsung Note phone. Battery is what I call an all day battery. Last of all day for normal to moderate use. My only gripe and reason it didn't receive 5 stars is that I've had this headset for about 6 months. One of the plastics on the loop separated. I think it might be a faulty design, however I just use super glue every now and then to glue it back. I take really good care of the headset and don't abuse it. Its quite costly however functionality it works Perfect for me. I wish LG would help repair the headset but I'm pretty sure they would call it physical damage.
