Bluetooth earphones

No matter which piece I put on the end it is too big for my ears and fall out. I’m looking for substitute ear piece rubbers that will fit my ears better. Otherwise, the sound is great, it’s convenient and comfortable to wear around my neck, and the sound is clear.

Wanted to like, but didn't work out for me.

I didn't think I would like the google assistant button, but I ended up using it. The biggest drawback for me was the range, any further than 15 ft from my phone and everything started breaking up. Distances that we crystal clear on other bluetooth headsets disconnected me. Not what I expect from a $200 set of headphones. The wires are super thin and I have a lot of concern that the pulling to unwind and wind will break a connection before long. I think I will be returning these.

These don't last and LG warranty support is horrib

They have google assistant built in, sound great, vibrate when a call or text is received. However, after a few months of use the neck band starts to come apart. This happened and I bought a new pair because I like them so much. Happened with the second pair and also on the second pair, one bud stopped working. Not worth it! I've been buying these type of LG headphones for years, they just do not last. I always have to buy a new one after about a year or less. And LG warranty replacement is a joke! They basically do not stand by their product, will tell you there is no problem and send them right back!

Great sound. Poor build.

But the plastic housing is terribly fragile; starts breaking apart starting at the center. Once that happens, it can easily start slipping off your neck, which of course makes it susceptible to even further damage. That said, I'm very impressed that the sound quality is just as great as the day I bought it despite all the wear and tear—no static, no blown out buds... In this respect, it has been much better than the cheaper variations of this line of earbuds that I've used in the past. If only the plastic housing could be improved, it would be perfect for me.

LG Support the WORST!
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I did a lot of research and had friends that like this type LG headset, so bought their top of the line bluetooth headset (Tone Platinum+ HBS-1125) here on 10/02/18. In early December, one earbud simply broke in half as I started to extend it. I had never dropped or damaged this headset in any way.. no scratches, nothing. I've never broken a smartphone screen, and take very good care of all of my electronics. I sent it in to LG for warranty repair, to be told that NO physical damage is covered, and they called it ABUSE! I was very upset, as they are saying I lied about it and also that no piece of plastic could ever be molded with a crack, or with a thin wall, or any other defect. They simply don't care about the facts, only that they won't EVER cover any physical defect! I spoke to numerous Supervisors for LG, as well as their online LG Support site. No one there cared, and they won't even fix this product if it breaks... even for a charge repair. Nothing. Absolutely the WORST warranty and Customer Service I've dealt with in my life (and I spent a career as a Service Manager, knowing how good Customer Service should work!). They don't care if I won't buy another LG product, just simply don't care about their customers. A good design, just hope you never have a physical defect, 'cause then you're out $200! Oh, and Best Buy just said that since I didn't pay extra for their Geek Squad contract, I was on my own. Thanks a lot, Best Buy!

GREAT PRODUCT! Until they go out after a year!
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Over the last 3+ years I've owned 3 sets of LG tone collar type blue tooth head sets. I love the controls and the sound quality is quite good. I mostly used mine in the gym everyday. They would deserve a 5 star rating if they EVER lasted longer than a year and a couple of months. The last set I owned was the LG Tone Platinum, which when I purchased them, were $250.00 (And that's without an extended warranty, which I should have purchased but didn't). The sound went out on one side completely (Just like the other two sets which I've owned before this set) at 1 year and 2 months. Which is funny since the manufacturers warranty will replace them for a year. Anyway you'd think that a $250.00 set of headphones would last longer than that! Beware! If you go with an LG Tone headset, expect them to go out after 12 to 14 months (I'll give you about a 99.9% chance of that happening in that time frame, you've been warned!) and do yourself a favor and get the extended two year warranty so when they DO go out you can get a new replacement, I think the price for these now are around $160.00, even at that price I would think they would last longer than that! Any way at the end of May 2019, I switched to BOSE Soundsport Free and really love them! Great sound (I also did a review of these for Best Buy if you'd like to see it, it's under the BOSE Soundsports). I am only hopeful that the Soundsports will last longer than 2 years (Yes I got an extended warranty just in case).

Good sound no worries about losing them

First pair easily lasted about 5 years before the middle part at the top of the neck wore out. I noticed this new set has more flexibility in that weak point so now its better designed. Sound is good quality. I use it when I mow the lawn and drive and can barely hear any outside noise. Will buy again.

The quality of this headset is also good but I have a very hard time keeping the ear buds in my ears even with the smallest ends. Also if my phone is in my back pocket, it loses connection with the headset

Disappointed in the Quality

Loved the previous version, but disappointed in the quality of this version. The sound isn’t as clear and folks can’t hear me as well. I used them for conference calls. There’s also an issue with the connection. I can pair the device to my phone but when I make my first call of the day it doesn’t connect. Have to manually reconnect while on the call. The battery life is significantly worse than the previous version. I could go a couple of days without charging the previous version but if I don’t charge this version every day it dies mid way through the 2nd day. The worst part - I paid more money for this version!
