    less than 90 days lg won't repair

    i got the headset end of july for work i set at a desk all day the earpiece broke when trying to pull it out. (outer housing) called lg as this was not damaged by me but the retractor pulling the earpiece back in they won't even cover a headset that broke in less than 90 days really i am an adult user only using them at my desk at work not any damage or hard use i would not recommend this product to any one

    Not Worth the Price

    I have been using LG headsets for YEARS! They have been great for the most part. But this one is horrible! I'm constantly being disconnected from my phone and I always have to turn the Bluetooth off and on to connect. ALWAYS. Then the battery life SUX. The charge doesn't even last a whole day!! (I've only had it for 3 months!) LG COMPLETELY dropped the ball with this expensive piece of crap!

    complete garbage, defect design.

    These broke within 2 months, the plastic split and then came off, they would not cover under warranty and depend on Best Buy's "exta" warranty to fix anything. I had previously bought 2 others before this and they were a slightly different model. These are garbage and they have customer service filling the reviews. Literally fell apart... I will never buy another LG product again.

    Very Dissapointed

    I had one of these, the model just before the platinum, I love it, until it broke so I found this one and grabbed it. I thought it would be jsut as good as the other one if not better because dit was upgraded, I was so wrong, half the time not one can hear me and it keeps breaking up. I spend a lot of money on this head set and need a new one that works. it is really nice and all but if no one can hear you them what the point.

    manufacture defect

    I bought this on February and is not working properly. people cant hear me but I can hear them. I send it to the manufacture and they could not fix it. I would not recommend it. save your money and time.
