The headphones have very decent sound quality. They stay around my neck without any problems. However, the ear buds are magnetized and do not stay inside of the headphones very well. They fall out all the time and are often just dangling because I get tired of putting them back into the hole that they go into. Overall it's a decent product though.

I bought it mainly for running and exercising. I find the ear buds do fall out while on the treadmill. On the bike it's great and other cardio exercises. The sound quality is fantastic and the mic is very sensitive. People tell me they can hear my TV in the back ground and I'm thinking the volume is down low. I would buy it again

Better quality than what I expected. Sound quality clear and concise. Technology has improved since I brought my first LG Bluetooth headset, sturdy and improved supports for the wireless ear phones. I would recommend this model to everyone to utilize. Music sounds wonderful, like being in a club, makes you want to sing out loud.

Very light headset, easy to use and batery last long

These have worked pretty well for car travel & around the house. There have been very few times that I lost connection at less than 30 feet away, and connecting to devices is usually easy. "Stand-By Time" of 30 days seems absurd, but I can say that "Maximum Talk Time"/music time isn't much less than 16 hours. Charging time seems ok. LG has a mobile app "Tone & Talk" that provides some additional features like reading notifications, voice memos, audible battery life, read last text, and audible time. App doesn't work if only phone or media audio is enabled. The on the neck design is fine, feels fine & not heavy, but I used to instinctively leaned my neck slightly forward when wearing them. Design barely fits collard shirts, MIGHT be worse when wearing a collared shirt, but I can't say for sure. Magnetic bud holders work well and no mini-cord issues yet.

In my honest opinion this headset is only ok for making calls and taking calls. Voice quality is terrible, people kept telling me I sounded muffled and thats why I had purchased the headset in the first place. Otherwise battery life is excellent and it’s perfect for listening to music. I should gotten the Samsung set.

I owned an older model of these. Unfortunately, I lost them, so I didn't even think about buying a different brand. I love these headphones! They sound great, easy functionality with the buttons, and comfortable.

I needed a bluetooth headset that I could use for making and receiving calls and for listening to music. This is replacing a $10 headset that I bought at the drug store some months ago (that was NOT satisfactory). This headset is not only attractive (yes it is, you have to admit it), but the sound quality is very good, particularly the mic. The ear pieces are fairly large, but it's a very soft rubber and are comfortably snug in my ears. The magnet that holds them in place at the ends of the base work well too and keep them in place when they're not in use. I made a test call to my sister using the headset and she said it sounded crystal clear, as if I wasn't using a headset at all. I think she wants one now.
