This dryer looks good and works well but we had a problem with the lint trap. It grabbed and ripped clothes. It’s a common problem with LG. We replaced it and it works fine now.

I like the functionality and efficiency. I would definitely recommend it to my friends.

My wife and I ran into an emergency and needed a new machine quickly. We always like to look around on pricing and had to check out Best Buy. Having a product in stock to take home was a HUGE plus! No waiting - my truck - home and installed. The machine works awesome and takes less time and energy than my last machine. We chose this model for the steam option or we might have spent less. We were going to buy this machine no matter what, but found an open box one and bought that one instead. This saved us an additional 100 over the sale price! The issue was with the top panel of the machine not locking down and bouncing back a bit. I simply bent a couple of metal tabs under the machine and the problem was solved. Thank you to those who don't have know how! Great service, great price, in stock to take home - I love this place ad bought all my appliances there as well when I redid my kitchen and they price matched the competition on items they weren't lower on. You can't beat them!

Looks great (it's a grey enameled steel) as we have it an upstairs bedroom. Does good job drying.
