I rarely if ever purchase extended warranties This one worked out great. Purchased at LG front loader set more than 6 years ago. Used the warranty once a while back on the washer. Then re-up the extended warranty. This time when the service tech. came to work on a dryer that seemed to be overheating then failing to start another load. Dryer parts needed no longer avail. LG via the extended warranty replaced with this upgraded version of what we closest had. 7 years old and bam a new dryer. This is the steam dryer now and truly have noticed a bit of a difference with less ironing needed if you catch it right after the cycle end. Working great and outside of two service issues in over 7 years no other issues. At least a load a day min. and the weekends they get a work out. Two thumbs up here from the wife and I.

Second LG washer and dryer. Bought this one based on customer and professional reviews and am not disappointed. Also very happy with the delivery and installation by the Best Buy crew.

Our ten year old LG dryer was starting to show signs of old age so it was time to replace it. This new model is amazing. It dries in half the time and does an excellent job. So glad we bought it.

Very quiet, great looking washer - happy with the purchase

Getting used to picking the right setting is a work in progress. Too many choices. So far though the clothes get dry quickly and smell great. Don"t need more than that.

I've only had this dryer for a little over a month so far but it works great and is really quiet which is a plus. I love the manual setting which works well for items that sometimes take a little longer to dry.

The LG dryer replaces a 10 year old unit. We had purchased a similar LG dryer at out summer home and liked it so we went ahead and bought this one as well. Pleased so far.

Love this dryer. I have been using it on items that I would normally have hung dry before and it does an exceptional job at making sure my husbands work shirts are wrinkle free comming out of the dryer.

I love this dryer! We had a older model dryer and upgraded to this dryer and I can't believe how much better the technology is on this dryer! I would recommend this product to anyone looking for a new dryer.

The dryer is a perfect companion to the LG washer. I always had a gas dryer and was hesitant about the electric dryer. I am not disappointed at all, I would definitely recommend this dryer.

It was a tight fit but the guys went out of they"re way to get it into place. Dries quick and dies it quietly.

I love this dryer, it actually dries clothes unlike my old dryer. It is very quiet and it can fit so much inside! It has a drying rack included and I have dried shoes with it, it was so convenient!

I've had LG washers and dryers before so when I needed to get a new set after moving I compared the various offerings and went with LG again. I'm please with my purchase

After a top load amana that was really ineffective, this has been a blessing. Big loads, quiet operation, lots of options for different needs. Couldn't be happier. They look great too!

There are so many options for drying which makes this dryer special. It is not loud and my clothes are not shrinking due to too much heat. It is easy to use and nice to look at.

Love the dryer sense technology. Machine ends with a cool cycle so even if you forget to take your clothes out on time, that's ok. Clothes are never damp unless you use the steam cycle.
